45/365 take a deep breath and move on

After yesterday drama, I decided to start fresh today.  On my way to work I stopped at the beach, took a deep breath and shot my first self portrait in public completely alone.  It felt soo good! of course I felt a bit strange, embarassed of the people staring at me... but I started to become more and more comfortable as I was shooting.  Then I took a long walk along the beach too my office and the rest of the day went very well.  My mother in law is arriving tomorrow, so I'm sure I'll be taking more pictures outdoors!

Tras el drama de ayer, decidí empezar el día de hoy fresca.  De camino al trabajo he parado en la playa, he respirado hondo y he sacado mi primer autoretrato en público estando completamente sola.  Me he sentido tan bien! Claro que me he sentido rara, avergonzada por la gente mirandome... pero así como iba sacando fotos iba sintiendome más comoda.  Después de esto he dado un buen paseo por la playa hasta la oficina y el resto del día ha sido bueno.  Mi suegra llega mañana así que supongo que estaré sacando más fotos fuera de casa estos próximos días!
